Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, please allow up to 3–5 business days for order processing. During our peak holiday season (October to December), processing times may extend to 7 business days.
Order processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. We may not be able to modify an order once it has been placed. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Some carriers may require a phone number for certain deliveries.
We also ship to select APO or FPO military addresses. However, some remote regions may not be eligible due to shipping constraints. We appreciate your understanding.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 shipping to the contiguous United States.
Shipping fees apply to other orders and are calculated at checkout. Candles and other items can be heavy, and shipping charges help us ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. We continually monitor and optimize our carrier rates to offer you the best available shipping options.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow 3 business days before contacting us. In many cases, the package may be misdelivered or still on the delivery vehicle.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that processing time still applies even when expedited shipping is selected.
Caelora Lumiere is not responsible for shipping carrier delays and cannot issue refunds for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. If you need an order urgently for a special occasion, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
Due to shipping regulations, certain products—such as those containing essential oils or flammable ingredients—may only ship within the continental United States via ground shipping. These items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, you will be refunded for the item(s), minus any shipping and return fees, once the package is received.
If your package was mistakenly marked “Return to Sender,” contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If you place multiple orders within a short time, we may combine them into one shipment to expedite processing. You’ll still receive individual tracking numbers if applicable.
Orders can only be shipped to one address per order. If you’re sending items to different recipients, please place separate orders for each address. Standard shipping charges apply to each order.
